This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.lasbanderascarwash.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to our website and to the booking and voucher-purchase process described below.

By visiting our website or interacting with our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide our services:

• Booking requests: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and message.
• Voucher purchases: When you buy a wash package or voucher, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details to complete the transaction. We receive your name and email from Stripe to issue and email you a voucher code, and your phone number is visible to us in our Stripe account in case we need to reach you about your order; we never receive or store your card details.
• Email preferences: If you tick the box asking whether you would like news and offers from us on our contact form, or leave it ticked at checkout (where it may appear already ticked, and you can untick it), we record that choice, the date, and where you made it, and we keep your name, email address, and phone number in our contact list.
• Basic security data: To prevent spam and abuse on our contact form, we record the submitting IP address and use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service, to verify the submission is from a real person.
• Voice assistant calls: If you start a call with the voice assistant on this site, your microphone audio is sent to our voice provider to run the conversation, and the call audio and its transcript are retained by that provider so we can check the assistant is answering correctly. We also record the IP address that started the call, to limit how many calls a single visitor can start. The assistant is an AI, not a person, and it never asks for or accepts card numbers. Starting a call is entirely optional.
• Standard server logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) generates basic technical logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of serving the site.
• Website analytics: We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how our website is used: which pages are viewed, how a visitor found us (for example a Google search or a link we posted), the type of device and browser, and which buttons are clicked (such as "Claim this offer" or a phone number). Google processes this information for us and sets cookies to do it. Analytics is not loaded on the voucher, redemption, or order-confirmation pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

• Responding to booking requests: We use the details from our contact form to call, text, or email you back about your requested service.
• Issuing and honoring vouchers: We use your name and email to generate your voucher code, email it to you, and verify it when redeemed at either of our locations.
• Promotional emails, only if you opt in: If you agreed to receive news and offers, we may email you about promotions at the address you gave us. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it.
• Security and abuse prevention: We use IP addresses and the Turnstile check solely to block spam and automated submissions on our contact form.
• Running and reviewing the voice assistant: Call audio and transcripts are used to answer your question during the call and, afterwards, to check that the assistant is giving correct information. The IP address of a call is used only to cap how many calls one visitor can start.

We send promotional emails only to people who have opted in, as described above. We do not send SMS/text marketing messages, and we do not sell or rent your personal information. Buying a package or sending us a message does not sign you up for promotional emails unless you leave that box ticked.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers, each of which processes it only to provide their specific service to us:

• Stripe: Processes online payments for wash packages and vouchers. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store them.
• Supabase: The database where booking requests and voucher records (code, package, amount, and the email/name needed to redeem it) are stored.
• Resend: Sends the emails our site generates: a booking-request notification to our team, your voucher code to you after purchase, and, only to people who opted in, our promotional emails.
• Retell AI: Powers the voice assistant. It handles the live audio, speech recognition, the AI response, and the synthesized voice, and it stores the call recording and transcript. See Retell's own privacy policy for how it handles that data.
• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager): Provides the website analytics described in section 1. See Google's own privacy policy for how it handles this data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Verifies contact-form submissions aren't automated. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for how it handles this check.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Protection and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Your Rights

As a user of our website and services, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access and Correction: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or updated.
• Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal or contractual reasons (for example, an unredeemed voucher record).
• Children's Privacy: Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to have it removed.

6. Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies, set through Google Tag Manager, only to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.Cloudflare Turnstile, used on our contact form to block spam, may set a cookie or use local browser storage as part of its bot-detection check. Our fonts are loaded from Google's font CDN, which involves a request to a Google-operated domain.
