We provide hand car wash and auto detailing services for cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, commercial vehicles, and semi-trucks. Boat detailing is available by appointment. Service availability, scope, and turnaround times may vary by location and vehicle condition.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Requests submitted through our website's contact form are requests for service and do not constitute a confirmed appointment until we contact you to confirm. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the services requested. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Online payments and prepaid vouchers are processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Prepaid Vouchers

• Prepaid vouchers purchased online are redeemable for the service indicated, at either of our Valdosta locations, by presenting the voucher code or QR code.
• Each voucher may be redeemed one time only and has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• Vouchers are non-transferable for resale and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen voucher codes. Please treat your voucher like cash.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please let our team know before you leave so we can make it right. Refund eligibility for prepaid vouchers and services is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below.

7. Vehicle Condition and Liability

• We take great care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, including but not limited to loose trim, worn paint, aftermarket accessories, rust, or prior scratches and dents.
• Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, disclosing any special conditions of your vehicle, and removing personal items prior to service. You agree to treat our staff and other customers with respect.
